Our vision for this Big Sing is for family, fun and fellowship. Because of the facilities at Cragun’s resort, we can incorporate some activities that would not be possible if the choruses were housed in various hotels. To encourage fellowship we are using the poolside area and rooms as a gathering spot and hospitality hub. Our vision is for each chorus to host a hospitality room in this poolside area. The price of a poolside room is the same as any of the other rooms available, so your chorus may choose to select persons to stay in this poolside hospitality room, or to just chip in to rent this hospitality room in which no one would sleep. We would encourage you to decorate or put up signs inviting people to stop by and visit at your chorus’ hospitality room. This would create an avenue of entertainment where people stop by all of the rooms to check it out, or to just touch base with friends from past sings.

Cragun’s rules for poolside rooms:  no cooking or crock pots, no glass poolside, the furniture must stay in the room, a table will be available for hospitality rooms if requested from the front desk. 

Cragun’s has lake view rooms, poolside rooms, and cabins all available at the same price. Shoreline Suites are available for additional dollars, see the registration form for details. Cragun’s have over 200 rooms all connected under one roof!!
                                    

 
The down payment is refundable (less $25.00 processing fee) until March 9, 2010.

Please send your reservation forms and deposit to Cragun’s. Your chorus is reminded to reserve a poolside hospitality room for the weekend. You may elect to occupy the room or just use it as a gathering place for the poolside activities.

Cragun's activities are available for use during the weekend, with one free round of golf at their Par 3 course included with your room rental. You may want to start your weekend early or extend your stay and enjoy Cragun’s Legacy Golf Courses.
